"Coaxial imaging of color and thermal images" is an optical system that can take both images of visible and far infrared light from the same viewpoint.
MEMS differential pressure sensor can detect height change with high sensitivity, and can be expected to improve resolution by combining with existing altimeter.
A taste sensor which was minitualized and can detect the taste substances rapidly by applying the surface plasmon resonance measurement method electrically.
